Tempel Brygghus started in 2014 are originally acknowledged sour beer brewers, also brew “sweet”-beer after they moved into new facilities in 2017.

Tempel Brygghus has representation at the swedish monopoly with beer as Gehenna, Isotonic, Monstrosity, Perdition and Surpéne. This fall 2017, Crafts byBifrost™ are honored to offer the Simulacrum beer in highly limited quantity.

A linguering sweetnes, komplex as a manzanilla with a marked, firm but still silky acidity. Far from beeing agressive in any way. The style is more flirting towards Berliner Weisse but definatley in equilibrium! This beer, chilled on a sunny spot will be defined as erothic!

Works fantastic well with fatty dishes like Fish n’ Chips, pulled pork or the classic Chees-quiche!
